Location description:
This building is huge; it has five floors plus the roof. The entrance to the building’s grounds is through the tunnel on the left side of the building (as seen from the street, facing the building’s facade). You need to go up to the right of the tunnel, and then enter through the fence, which is already broken—just push it open, and you’ll be inside the building’s grounds.
The doors may be locked, so you’ll need to come back another day or go through the garage door (pick the lock).
There’s a security guard patrolling the area, so don’t linger outside too long (if the guard sees you, don’t panic—he’s nice. He’ll ask you to leave, and everything will be fine; he’ll leave shortly).
Despite its size, the building has only four supposed entrances: through the basement gate (which you’ll need to pick the lock on), via the outdoor concrete staircase visible as soon as you pass the fence, through the front facade at the truck loading bay, and finally via the roof (dangerous).
To access the roof, simply climb the concrete stairs. The cameras aren’t working.
Note that the building has been taken over by a company that runs an SCP/Backroom-style escape game, so there are abandoned sets inside.
The top floor is infested with pigeons and carcasses, so be careful. There are horror-themed rooms, so be careful.
The site is likely open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on summer evenings, so you should go after summer or in the morning.

Backpack
At 300$, this backpack is certainly not one of the cheapest backpacks, but we can say with a clear conscience that it is money well spent. It is well produced, has some well thought-out functions and still looks nice. Despite the high price, this backpack also has 4.5 stars out of 300 Amazon reviews.
4-Gas Monitor
A 4-gas monitor detects and measures not only carbon monoxide but also the levels of oxygen, combustible gases and hydrogen sulphide and ensures safety in hazardous environments by indicating dangerous gas concentrations. Highly recommended especially in bunkers and places where there is not much fresh air
