– access through back deck staircase, broken fire exit at top
– occasional police presence but they’ve never prosecuted anyone for entering, you’re only asked to leave
– steady concrete flooring on level of entrance, don’t attempt to climb to top floor/attic because wood flooring is broke
– graffiti, broken toilets, multiple rooms
– access to basement/bomb shelter through staircase in one of the rooms
– if you want to access other levels, bring a mask to stay safe from asbestos
– if you don’t want to hike there, drive your car up the driving path up to the other surrounding buildings and park
– rarely any people there (only the other parking lot is used as a hookup spot on occasion)
