Location Description:
Building is almost completely gutted out. Seems to have been some kind of small apartment complex. Building has been here for years boarded up with no maintenance ever seen. The inside of this building is nearly completely demolished, walls and closets remain but there is no furniture or ceiling to cover the second floor. Do not enter from upper story (there is no floor below the upper windows). There is one security camera on a building nearby, facing the back of the building but it’s never been a problem. Building has been like this for years without maintenance. Easiest access is though the back which provides cover with a brick wall and trees, you will likely need to pry a board off the windows (boards are rotten and easy to remove). Like I said the building seemingly has no maintenance or workers, I’ve been inside multiple times and never had an issue, the only strange thing is that one time after prying a board off and I came back the next day the board was loosely screwed back in. Not sure if it was related to the camera or if a worker stopped by but I have been there multiple times and I’ve never had any kind of interaction or signs of active maintenance. Not much to look at or do but there aren’t many spots in Kailua so it’s a spot worth checking out if you live nearby!

Backpack

At 300$, this backpack is certainly not one of the cheapest backpacks, but we can say with a clear conscience that it is money well spent. It is well produced, has some well thought-out functions and still looks nice. Despite the high price, this backpack also has 4.5 stars out of 300 Amazon reviews.
4-Gas Monitor

A 4-gas monitor detects and measures not only carbon monoxide but also the levels of oxygen, combustible gases and hydrogen sulphide and ensures safety in hazardous environments by indicating dangerous gas concentrations. Highly recommended especially in bunkers and places where there is not much fresh air
