Established in 1985, this building was originally known as the Beau Monde shopping mall, but as shopping demand started to drop the former owner sold it to what is now known as the Orchard Rd. Christian Center. The church was thriving up until late 2011 when the building started to deteriorate, and the repairs started getting too costly . With all these problems, the church was forced to sell the building and relocate in 2017. Over the years, on the outside, its been well-kept and held together. However, behind the walls and parking garage, the building has been vandalized and destroyed beyond recognition.

I discourage just handing the location off, and not pushing young urbexers to learn to be safe when exploring. So, I will give minimalist information, and you guys have to figure out the rest.

– Very secured, every entrance, window, and roof way has been blocked off with welded gates. Weekly repairs go around the building to seal up any damage
– Look at the buildings nearby, some serve as “security” to the building, scout to find out times and good days!
– Bring masks! The location is massive, and even I have yet to explore it entirely.
– SQUATTER SIGHTINGS!! Remember, be respectful, you are invading THEIR HOME. However, if they seem unstable, run.
– Needles can be found nearby
– Countless, and I mean COUNTLESS attempts at entering, do some research to find the best ways.
